were up and running during the whole construction process. |
• Demolished existing gas station, markets & original
buildings onsite • Construct a new entrance to Atwood Ave for existing
tenants, making sure to maintain traffic flows, and insure safety during
construction • Construct temporary entrance to construction site • Prepared
two building pads for new structures • Install all utilities, signage
and lighting • Reconstruct existing drainage, remove and reconstruct
existing detention basin system and install new 50,000sf infiltration system
with 60” pipe, while in use • Construct Versa-lok and field
stone walls, paving, sidewalks, landscaping |
